1. The Service

myMaldives.ai is an AI-assisted travel planning and resort discovery platform designed to help users explore, compare, and plan travel experiences in the Maldives.

The service provides information, recommendations, comparisons, and travel-planning assistance. Any inquiries or booking requests facilitated through the platform are provided as a convenience to users.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, myMaldives.ai is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking agent.

While we strive to provide useful and accurate information, AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.

Information relating to resorts, room types, pricing, transfers, amenities, policies, availability, weather conditions, and travel requirements may change without notice.

You should independently verify important information directly with the relevant resort or service provider before making travel decisions.

4. Resort Information, Inquiries and Bookings

The platform may display information, images, descriptions, pricing, and other content supplied by resorts, tourism stakeholders, third-party providers, or publicly available sources.

Where the service enables you to submit an inquiry or booking request to a resort or travel provider:

  • myMaldives.ai acts only as a facilitator of communication;
  • Any reservation, booking, payment, cancellation, refund, or travel arrangement is solely between you and the relevant provider;
  • We do not guarantee availability, pricing, confirmation of reservations, or responses to inquiries.

Any agreement entered into with a resort or travel provider is separate from these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service;
  • Use automated tools, scraping, or excessive requests that place unreasonable load on the platform;
  • Upload or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated.

6. Intellectual Property

The myMaldives.ai platform, including its design, software, branding, and original content, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Resort images, logos, trademarks, descriptions, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability of information provided through the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myMaldives.ai shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or claim arising from:

  • Your use of or reliance on AI-generated content;
  • Resort information or third-party content;
  • Travel decisions, bookings, reservations, cancellations, or disputes;
  • Errors, omissions, delays, or interruptions in the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Where changes are material, we will provide notice through the platform or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.
